Tony "The Fixer" Levin is the rumored bass player for the StarCraft Terran Band. He is known as an "insider," meaning he and his band records their music from inside New Folsom prison. The music is then smuggled out via assistants ingesting soap with their music written on it and regurgitating it later. Levin is known for being strongly anti-Arcturus Mengsk, and pro-Jim Raynor.
