The boss is a man that is in charge of The Oil Refinery. He kept calling the The Harbour Master about an oil tanker and said "Bring her in!" so many times and hang up on the harbour master when he tried to say that the tugs couldn't bring in his tanker that the harbour master at last found him very rude.
