This is is a high-level technique used by Tachi Yamarashi. After performing the necessary hand seals Tachi strikes the earth with his palm , causing a massive earthquake, the result is catastrophic and this technique is capable of completely destroying a small village. The radius is humongous: up to 900 meters .
