In the episode Father Figure, a fictional news stand was located in front of the Gooderham Building—better known as the "Flatiron Building" for its unusual shape. At the very beginning of the episode, young Lisa Cooper stole some comics from the news stand and ran away. Hiding down an alley, she witnessed a murder, and had to be placed in protective custody.
