A technique developed by Cynicus expressly for fighting the foes of the Fourth Great Shinobi War. The technique is only possible due to Cynicus' incredible skill with Ice Style. It creates a glacier, spanning sixty miles in width and extending up to two hundred and fifty miles long, with a fixed depth of two thousand five hundred meters. The glacier can move up to one hundred miles per hour. Cynicus has yet to use the technique due to the presence of allies that could be afflicted by it. The Glacier, at maximum, has the same dimensions as the largest glacier on earth, the Lambert Glacier.
