The Ocean Pioneer Commander is a character from Danger At Ocean Deep. He was the Commander of the ocean going tanker ship Ocean Pioneer I, that exploded in the Mediterranean sea under then-unexplained circumstances. The ship was captained by Johnson and 2nd Officer Collins. All were presumably killed.
