The Telian Multispectral Observatory or TMO is a remotely operated astronomical observatory installed on the planet Quivt of the Shiss System. As this planet is the furthest from the star , there is little interference from it when observing other stellar phenomena, which led to the decision to deploy this array here. The TMO has allowed Telian astronomers to gain a greater understanding of the Universe around them.
