Lily was an elderly lady living near the old Quinn house since sometime before 1995. Many years later, in 2011, Patrick Quinn returned as an adult to his old home. Lily recognised him as the missing boy from 1995, but Patrick declared that boy was dead, because he had taken up the name Ethan Dobrowski. He then ran away from his childhood home leaving Lily confused. (Episode 4.6)
