The entire of Season one was centred around the Yuuzhan Vong War and the formation of a third party within the New Jedi Order, the Revanche grow in power due to the actions of the Yuuzhan Vong and Luke Skywalker was unable to restrain them due to their alliance with the Republic Military, due to their being respected by the Republic Military and the Senate the Revanche were effectively banished from the Jedi Order but retained their right to exist without links to their old Order.
