Anyone else think the word count is a bit limited? The 500 word minimum is fine, but a 750 word maximum? That doesn't give a whole lot of padding. Kinda like making a restraining order where you can't go within 500 yard or more than 600 yards away. Understandably, RuneSlayer probably created the rules, and naturally there should be a maximum to prevent the judges from having to read through an entire novel (good thing vs bad thing?), though 750 isn't much more than the 500 minimum and something like 1500 or 2000 would have been more flexible for potential contest-goers. Any chance the maximum could change? Hofmic Talk 05:50, May 16, 2011 (UTC)
