Kamsis the Conjurer is a level 70 ghostly quest giver and was one of at least three human agents sent by the Violet Eye (along with Gradav the Warlock and Wravien the Mage) to find Medivh's Journal. She was successful, but was killed at some point and gave the journal to Nielas Aran. Her friendly spirit can be found in the Ivory Tower of Karazhan now, in the Deadwind Pass of Azeroth.
