Boris Kulagin (1924–1988) was a Soviet hockey coach. He was a player in the early 1950s but retired in 1955 to become an assistant coach of CSKA Moscow under Anatoli Tarasov. Kulagin also was an assistant coach with the national team, most famously in the Summit Series of 1972. In 1971 he got his first head coaching job with Krylya Sovetov Moscow (Wings of the Soviet). Kulagin took this low ranked club to the Soviet Union championship in 1974. He continued in the job until 1976. He coached the Rødovre Mighty Bulls (Denmark) from 1977–79, winning the Danish title in 1978.
