The White Star of Night or Death Star is a flowering plant native to Vulcan but can also be found on Romulus where it was introduced by the Romulans. The dramatic name of the plant is due to its unusual breeding abilities, when it pollinates with certain other species such as the Edosian orchid it creates a deadly bloom which will kill anyone in the vicinity.
