Ysul (pronounced ee-SOOL) was a mute raka mage. As such he was a member of the raka conspiracy and belonged to the Chain. He survived the final battle at the palace in Rajmuat and during Queen Dovasary's reign stayed on as one of her advisors. So far he only appeared in Trickster's Queen, but he may make further appearances in one of the short stories to be published or the planned book centering on Dove's early reign.
