The Dark Side Elite was a group of seven Sith Lords that served the Holy Sith Empire, answering directly to Darth Kalast, the Holy Sith Emperor. Trained and indoctrinated by him through the Dark Side of the Force, the seven Sith carried out personal missions for their Emperor during the Early Sith War. There were seven members at any time, and when one of them died, they were automatically replaced. Though the organization dissolved after the Empire's collapse in 17,561 BBY, it was restored more than ten millennia later by Emperor Palpatine as his Dark Side Elite.
