Toxic smoke is the lowest leveled spell in the Mephitic spellbook. It is the weakest spell in the Mephitic spellbook, and is nothing more than a weaker version of bolt of infection. This spell has a max hit of 340, making it about as powerful as the wave spells already in RuneScape. When this spell hits, it has a 1/16 chance of an additional poison hit that stacks with the hit, essentially adding an additional 40-60 damage for the given hit.
