Wayne is the manager of Klassic Komix, a comic shop, seen in Big Nate On a Roll. He was getting rid of stuff that has not been selling. Nate Wright, an intern at the store, thought Wayne was shoplifting and told Gordie, an emplyee. Gordie explained that he the manager and asked Nate to leave so he could avoid getting in trouble with Wayne. He communicates by mumbling.
