Frisky is a member of Bugsy Vile's gang on Dog City. An excitable chihuahua, Frisky's specialty, as suggested by his name, is frisking, able to quickly uncover anything a victim has on his person. Frisky often seems more ambitious than his fellow henchmen, but still retains a loyalty to Bugsy. During the third season, Frisky was often the star of the "His Master's Choice Theater" sketches.
