Terrus was a criminal living in the 31st Century and a member of the Legion of Super-Villains. Terrus joined the Legion of Super-Villains in an attempt to destroy the Legion of Super-Heroes. Practically nothing about him was ever revealed other than his ability to manipulate rock and minerals, and he wore a scarecrow-like costume. The fight against the Legion failed, but Nemesis Kid killed Karate Kid. He was in turn executed by Princess Projectra. Terrus and the others were then sent to the prison planet Takron-Galtos.
