Ghettos are a situation where communities have splintered into separate ghettos for different racial groups, upsetting liberals and ethnic minorities, discouraging Immigration, and lowering apparent Equality. Ghettos form due to widespread Racial Tension and ongoing Immigration. In addition, the presence of Vigilante Mobs and Street Gangs both encourage people to live in ghettos.
