'Megan Delaney was a human Starfleet crewman and twin sister of Jenny Delaney. In 2371, she and Jenny were assigned to Voyagers Stellar Cartography section when that vessel was pulled into the Delta Quadrant by the Caretaker. (VOY: "Caretaker", "Time and Again"). After Voyager returned home, the twins transferred to the Victory-E, commanded by Captain Wesley Crusher and again were assigned to the ship's Stellar Cartography section.
