Critchley was a Colonial Militia Recruit. He was assigned to 2nd Platoon during the Battle of Harvest, near Gladsheim. He was the leader of his squad and sharpshooter of 2nd Platoon. Critchley's fate during the Battle of Harvest remains unknown, though it is likely that he was killed.
