The Shield Bearer is the weakest multi-part bloon you will find, keeping you from progressing past round 15, and any round after 50 it has a chance of coming in a small group. It has 30 total HP. It moves at the speed of a Blue Bloon until you destroy the Inner Shield. On destruction of the Inner Shield 1 Black Bloon comes out.
