Ymwul was the only permanent city on Hwemry. A Sulituan pirate named Scriggs Jorntow hired Klorrean architect Tosko Ymwul to oversee the design and construction of the city in 188 BBY. It quickly became the planet's first and only real spaceport. Tosko Ymwul built himself a palace in the center of the city, which was later inhabited by the Imperial Governor Belq Nozzoar. By 100 ABY, it had an estimated five million citizens.
