Nifadas held the title of First Eunuch at the Letherii royal court in Letheras. Nifadas was described as a huge man with small, placid eyes peering out from folds of pink flesh and a small mouth. His hands were plump and he walked noiselessly, his motions were slow and even and his eyes would blink sleepily, slowly and meassured. Brys Beddict thought of Nifadas' eyes as being like those of a flare-neck snake. Nifadas was generally respected for his intellectual acumen. The Rulith, who were all eunuchs, tall and unusually fit, were his personal bodyguard.
