Wheeler Stinson (born October 2355) was a member of Starfleet in the 24th century. In the early 2380s, Stinson held the rank of lieutenant commander and was the second officer of Deep Space 9. Stinson also commanded the USS Defiant when Captain Ro Laren did not.
