Much like crafting other items, a number of other requirements and a set amount of fuel must also be fulfilled before a manual can be crafted. By default, six manuals can be crafted. The player may unlock more by obtaining schematics for them, either through scavenging or by opening certain supply boxes. Players must still meet the requirements before being able to craft them, however.
