Roley Moley is a Mopatop's Shop customer who comes into the shop looking for a sign in the episode "This Way to the Garden". After getting the sign he comes back to get a fence to put it on, and while he's in the shop anyway decides he might as well get a garden, too. Roley Moley later appeared in "Fantastic Fancy Outfit" (where he was looking for an outfit part) and "Flower Power" (where he wanted a flower that he can look at).
