The Prestige Uppercut series is a line of electric guitars produced by Hoshino Gakki and sold under the Ibanez brand. The line was introduced in 2015 as a subseries of the Prestige line. Prestige indicates that an instrument is built to the rigorous quality standards, with the high quality components and unique features. The models in the line are handcrafted in Japan. For 2017 "S" models with stainless steel frets were introduced. These included the FR6UCS and ARZ6UCS
