Kormag Darkforge is the Guard Captain of the dwarven city of Stoneholm. He tries to fob off Honeydew, Xephos, and Spacker LeChuck with the story that Stoneholm is plagued. It is revealed that this was a lie, and that Kormag and King Finbar are members of The Cult of Israphel, building a Hellgate in the city, and turning inhabitants into zombies. He watches as his King turns Rory Rockhammer, Spacker's nephew, into a zombie, using the power of Israphel, and gaining some strange power because of it.
