The 2004 Ford 200 was a Craftsman Truck Series event that occured at Homestead-Miami Speedway on November 19, 2004. It was the season finale. Kasey Kahne won his second straight race and his final race to this point, holding off teammate Ted Musgrave. Bobby Hamilton cruised to a 16th place finish and took his only NASCAR championship by 46 points over Dennis Setzer (10th).
