Orville and Wilbur Wilkins, better known as the Wilkins Brothers, are two brothers who made their first appearance on "Just Passing Through." They are two troublemakers and they are always trying to derail the auction of old bulldozers in the Tri-State Area, keeping the theory that the rail-bikes are better. They are the children of Glenda Wilkins, as shown in the episode "Last Train to Bustville."
