Much like the undergarments of some legendary Princess once the daughter of a President (current or former) reaches the right age every age apropriate male in the world would like to get into these garments even if the wearer isn't that good looking (I'm looking at you Maria Jefferson Eppes). In the case of the Bush twins it was like the moon race all over again and once again a Eagle Scout was first to reach the promised land. The exact date of this accomplishment was on their wedding night and at no time before then!
