The Besaidian Currency Exchange (BCE), is a bureaucratic body made and run by the Legislature of Grand Besaid. Its primary, and practically only function is to regulate foreign currency in reference to the Grand Besaid Shilling. While it generally follows international exchange rates, it does at times inflate or deflate a foreign currency due to the actions of a nation's government and the circumstances present throughout the world.
