This flood happened from tropical storm hermine and super storm gaston. As the storm moved off the coast of quintinia roo, rain as much as 36 inches was recorded in the city. A family of 4 got killed by a storm surge 20 meters high. After hermine completely wiped out from the earth, gaston made landfall in the yucatan. The bands of the super storm caused 64-112 inches of rain all across the city and drowned everybody in the city. The next day, all of central America including the yucatan was completely wiped from the map, resulting in billions of dollars in damage.
