The Ar'lIans were a Non Space-fareing race in the Cerci System . Native to Cerci IV in the system, they were Omnivoric and were native to Canyons and Jungles of the planet. They were a warlike species fighting amongst each others clans. The main clans were the Va'lariun and the Ka'Va'liun.
