At unknown time, Guido Greco, possessed by Mukuro Rokudo, somehow replaced Leonardo's position and took his identity to spy on Millefiore for Vongola, and what happened to the real Leonardo was unknown. Irie mentioned that Leonardo was supposed to be a 60 years old man.
