Donnchad is one of the heroes in Viking Conquest. He is a Scotsman peasant, but his religion is not known. He can be recruited in the town of Aileach in the campaign mode and any random city the sandbox modes. To hire him, you have to pay 300 peningas. Donnchad is an excellent skirmisher, with high agility and initial points in the Power Draw and Power Throw skills. He has a pronounced aversion to Picts, as he sees them as foreign rulers of his native Scotland, which explains his dislike of Ceawlin and Dwywei, two Pict heroes.
