It is an invention of Dr. Weird that has first appeared in the show's series premiere of the same name that Dr. Weird invented to solve the world's "vegetable problem". He sprays French purfume into his creation's eyes, causing the Rabbot to snap and go on a rampage, leaving a Rabbot-shaped hole in the wall that is seen in later episodes. He breaks into the Powerpuff Mall to steal a hair-growth formula that he sprayed Master Shake with.
