Abbot Ramoth is a powerful White Mantle priest. He carries the Litanies of the Unseen and he is the target of the quest The False Gods. He can be found in western area of The Black Curtain, by a tower half way from the Temple of the Ages towards the portal into the Talmark Wilderness.
