Reeves is a servant to Chlorhydris, probably her only one, as no others are seen. He himself only makes rare appearances, and is usually seen driving her carriage and performing tasks that his mistress is not in the best physical shape to perform. He appears to be rather elderly, and doesn't seem to share any of Chlorhydris' malice; he just does as he's told. He speaks very little as well, and when he does say anything, it's usually, "Yes, milady".
