Latiff Miller was a member of the Black Panther Party who shot racist police officer Jake Kearsey to death in self-defense out of fear for his life. After he shot Kearsey, Miller entered a mosque to pray before he was arrested for murder. As a result of his testimony, he was acquitted of all charges and released from custody.
