The Turjak people (Jelbo-Tukaric Central: Türjak, Northern: Түрак) people are the largest minority group in Jakania at first the Turjak people were primary ethnic group in Jakania but migrations and a large boom in the population of Majatrans caused the often oppressed Turjak people to become a minority over time. The Turjak people are mainly centered in the west of the country with two diverging dialects which divide them. Tukaric is an alternative name for the group, though this term is also explicitly used for Turjaks in Kalopia, who are known as Tukars.
