In order to do so, he needed to gather all the wizards and witches in the world, so he formed the Brigade and gave them packs of wild dogs. It is known that there was a Captain of the Brigade of Witch-Hunters, and that one of the Brigade's hounds was named Sabre and died when eating a poisonous toadstool.
