Although the original intention is for Stan to poison his coffee in a cafe, he is forced to shoot Igor when he refuses to accept the poison-laced sugar. The entire cafe is revealed to have been loaded with CIA agents there to celebrate Stan's 100th kill over Igor's dead body.
