Niryastare is an Ayleid Ruin northwest of Kvatch. There is a 10% chance that an Orcish Adventurer will spawn inside the ruin. Niryastare is populated by undead, and there is a boss on the bottom level. There are many gas traps and one spike trap in the ruin.
