Ed Hillyer is an artist who worked on Sonic the Comic during its early days. Hillyer also provided the script for one other story. His work was never that popular, with one Boomer writing in to Speedlines to complain. Elsewhere, Hillyer is often known as "ILYA" in publications by Marvel, DC and Dark Horse, among others.
