D'Milo made her American debut for the New Jersey-based Women Superstars Uncensored promotion as a villainess on August 9, 2013; the day before their Uncensored Rumble event. At a secret show, D'Milo teamed with Kaitlin Diemond in a losing effort against Addy Starr and Xandra Bale. The following day at Uncensored Rumble VI, D'Milo was defeated by Bale in singles action. At Blood and Thunder on October 12, D'Milo teamed with Barbi Hayden and Jessie Kaye in defeating Bale, Santana Garrett, and Jewells Malone in a six-woman tag team match.
