Thomas Todd Manning is a fictional character from the ABC soap opera General Hospital. He is the son of the late, Victor Lord and his late ex-wife, Irene Manning. He is married to Blair Cramer Manning, with whom he has two children: Starr and Jack. He also has a daughter, Danielle, with his ex-wife, Téa Delgado. Through his marriage to Blair, he gained his nephew, Sam as an adoptive stepson. He was portrayed by Roger Howarth from March 5, 2012 to March 20, 2013.
