Lowell Harland, Sr. was a mechanic at Teller-Morrow and the father of Lowell Harland, Jr It is stated that Harland was John Teller's favorite mechanic, and was the only man John trusted to work on/repair his bike. In November 1993, a week after John Teller died, it was widely believed that Lowell Sr. vanished and abandoned his family. Lowell Sr. had a history of drug problems and domestic issues, thus no one grew suspicious of his disappearance.
